{"id":30585,"date":"2020-10-08T10:07:53","date_gmt":"2020-10-08T08:07:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mt71.fr\/v2\/?p=30585"},"modified":"2020-10-08T10:07:54","modified_gmt":"2020-10-08T08:07:54","slug":"covid-19-et-isolement-ouverture-dun-nouveau-teleservice-sur-declare-ameli-fr-pour-solliciter-un-arret-de-travail-en-ligne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mt71.fr\/v2\/covid-19-et-isolement-ouverture-dun-nouveau-teleservice-sur-declare-ameli-fr-pour-solliciter-un-arret-de-travail-en-ligne\/","title":{"rendered":"Covid-19 et isolement : ouverture d\u2019un nouveau t\u00e9l\u00e9service sur declare.ameli.fr pour solliciter un arr\u00eat de travail en ligne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br \/>Pour casser les cha\u00eenes de contamination et faire barrage \u00e0 la Covid-19, l\u2019identification rapide et l\u2019isolement des cas contact \u00e0 risque constituent un enjeu fondamental.<br \/>Afin que les personnes identifi\u00e9es comme cas contact \u00e0 risque puissent s\u2019isoler pendant le temps n\u00e9cessaire, notamment lorsqu\u2019elles ne peuvent pas t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler, un arr\u00eat de travail sp\u00e9cifique peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>Afin de simplifier les d\u00e9marches des assur\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, l\u2019Assurance Maladie ouvre, \u00e0 compter du 3 octobre, un nouveau t\u00e9l\u00e9service leur permettant de solliciter un arr\u00eat de travail en ligne.<br \/>Ce t\u00e9l\u00e9service est accessible sur le site <a href=\"https:\/\/declare.ameli.fr\/\">https:\/\/declare.ameli.fr\/<\/a> \u00e9galement disponible depuis un smartphone.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 sa demande, l\u2019assur\u00e9 pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un arr\u00eat de 7 jours d\u00e9butant \u00e0 la date \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019Assurance Maladie l\u2019a contact\u00e9 pour l\u2019inviter \u00e0 s\u2019isoler et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un test, apr\u00e8s un contact \u00e0 risque avec une personne test\u00e9e positive au coronavirus.<br \/>Pour les assur\u00e9s qui se seraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 spontan\u00e9ment isol\u00e9s avant cette date, l\u2019arr\u00eat pourra \u00eatre r\u00e9troactif dans la limite de 4 jours. Dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sultats de test ne seraient pas encore connus \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019arr\u00eat initial, l\u2019assur\u00e9 pourra demander une prolongation de celui-ci dans la limite de 7 jours suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br \/>Avant de proc\u00e9der au versement des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res, l\u2019Assurance Maladie v\u00e9rifiera que l\u2019assur\u00e9 est bien connu en tant que cas contact \u00e0 risque. En cas d\u2019accord, une attestation d\u2019isolement valant arr\u00eat de travail d\u00e9rogatoire lui sera adress\u00e9e, qui pourra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0
