data-end=\"1612\">49,4 % des recrutements<\/strong><\/span> y sont jug\u00e9s <strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">difficiles<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1c2s5m7\" data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1721\">Plus de <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1680\">450 000 d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite<\/strong><\/span> sont attendus d\u2019ici 2030 dans la fili\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1826\">Des solutions existent pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux, mais elles restent
